This is a very overdue update to our Website …….
Our first meeting this year was our record attendance of approximately 33 people – perhaps 80% of our regular Sangha attendees .
During the Session we enjoyed a recitation of the 5 Mindfulness trainings .
The Next session may well focus on Transformation
